This is the first of two workshops. The second Physical Imagining workshop will be held on Saturday, February 18 from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Come learn how your imagination affects your physical reality and the
way you interact with the world. We will examine the relationship between the physical and emotional experience and gain tools for re-imagining stories we tell ourselves about ourselves. Dress comfortably. No prior experience needed.
