Tara Caimi manages programming, operations, and communications for the Arts & Design research incubator. Tara is an author and writing and editing consultant who has worked as a graphic designer, managing editor, and communications specialist. She holds a BA in journalism and psychology and an MFA in creative writing. 

Tara is the author of Mush: from sled dogs to celiac, the scenic detour of my life. Her essays, stories, and articles have been published in newspapers, magazines, and journals including the Writer’s Chronicle, Fire & Knives, Oh Comely magazine, The MacGuffin, Outside In Literary and Travel Magazine, and Pithead Chapel. Tara’s work also appears in the nonfiction anthology of travel writing Whereabouts: Stepping Out of Place.
